What can I expect at my first session?

We strive to ensure that you are included in your therapeutic process as much as possible. Therefore, everything you say in session with be kept confidential, with strict limits on releasing information. Prior to first session, the limits will be outlined for you. Your first session will be a Diagnostic Assessment. One 60-90 minute session will be spent with the clinician asking formal questions, determining treatment goals and working together to establish a treatment plan.

When you feel ready, you can work with your clinician to terminate therapy services. The important thing to remember is that therapy is a collaborative process aimed at improving your quality of life. Your journey is important to us!
